Shipping & Returns

All our UK repairs are dispatched Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. If you have paid via credit card via our secure server payment system your recorded delivery number will be updated on this system and if you register your email address on this system your recorded delivery number will be sent to you via email on dispatch.

If more than 5 working days have passed since you sent the ghd's in for repair and you have not received the straighteners back or heard from us you can request an update via email. Please email including a return contact telephone number and all your order details.

You should receive an update within 24 hours of emailing us. In the case of a straightener being dispatched to the customer and the straighteners not being received, please allow 5 working days before contacting us as postage times may vary.

We recommend contacting your local Royal Mail sorting office during this time to make sure they are not holding the delivery for you, this should be done despite a card being left or not by your postman.

In the rare case that a parcel cannot be traced after 14 working days please contact us to arrange making a claim with Royal Mail and the item would be considered missing.
